Participate in daily, guided hikes that allow you to get regrounded away from day-to-day distractions (3-4 miles a day, medium difficulty).
Reset circadian rhythms away from city lights and connect with yourself and others in still, fresh air. All meals will be provided. You provide your own camping gear or rent from us.
Accompanied by two licensed therapists (LCSW), connect with other adults and practice techniques that can recapture your ADHD’s neurodiverse benefits.
